The Spong residence presented many challenges to our Tacoma office.


The existing home needed to be demolished, and retaining walls were added to allow a daylight basement. Armstrong Projects

Their home maximizes the 7000 sq. ft. lot and the deck in the back allows the family to enjoy the existing green belt. The interior of the home features nice custom work as you can see in the kitchen!
