We have been in business since the 1950's and have shipped our products within the USA and to countries such as Germany, Russia, and hundreds of homes to Japan. Our product requires fewer framers on the job-site, has less waste, and is very flexible. You decide how much “value-added” you want. Order pre-installed siding, windows and other elements you need to optimize profitability. Your components are built on pre-designed assembly stations where accuracy is assured. Lumber is pre-inspected to meet standards of quality. Wall and truss components are constructed under cover, eliminating lumber warpage due to extended sun and rain exposure. You can be an Armstrong dealer anywhere in the USA and the World! In the Continental USA, we can ship our product by land to your location. For other locations, we can send our product via shipping container. Don't forget, with our full service Millwork Shop, we can ship everything including the kitchen sink in a container! A few markets we are very interested in at this time include: Hawaii, Alaska, Northern California, and parts of Canada.

One huge benefit of being an Armstrong Homes dealer is that we have a proven Owner-Builder program that you will be trained in. You will have access to a growing # of customer's trying to save money by becoming owner-builders. - Custom Home Designs – Armstrong has stock floorplans your clients can build from or can build from their own plan. We can map almost any home into our system
- Estimating – Our stock plans are already estimated for you, but we will also provide estimating services for your clients custom home plans.
- Drafting Services – Armstrong has an in-house drafting department that can work with your clients to design their own dream home.
- Training – Armstrong will train you how to pre-sell our product to customers, thus ensuring you sell more homes to the people who come to your office.
- Marketing – As an Armstrong dealer, you will have access to co-op marketing opportunities as well as advertising on our web site which is viewed by over 1500 people per month!
- Internet Leads – Part of the website marketing will include all the internet leads we receive that are located in your area.
- Exclusivity – We agree not to put another Armstrong dealership in your defined area.
